Apple is multi-channel selling and you need to take note

Trillion dollar tech giant Apple has taken the plunge and started selling its products directly on Amazon – embracing the benefits of multi-channel selling.
Trillion dollar club members Amazon and Apple have entered into an exclusive agreement that sees Amazon carrying official Apple Inc. products immediately. Customers in the UK, US, Japan, India, France, Germany and Spain can now buy products directly from Apple using the Amazon marketplace.

The latest products will be available, including iPhones, iPads, other iDevices, from Apple and authorised resellers.
What this means for authorised Apple sellers
If you become an authorised Apple reseller, under the Apple-Amazon agreement, you can continue selling Apple products on Amazon and benefit from reduced competition.
What this means for un-authorised Apple sellers
If you’re not an authorised Apple reseller, you’ll be kindly asked to stop selling Apple on Amazon from 4th January. We recommend that you explore other online marketplaces (such as eBay) and set up your own website (using shopping carts such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce) to sell Apple products elsewhere.
