Apprentice Customer Success Administrator

 

We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic apprentice who will deliver the friendly, approachable and passionate service we promise our customers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Your main duties will be split into:

 

Customer Support

You’ll be providing our customers with high-level technical support; efficiently solving their problems and keeping them happy. This will involve:

 

 – Answering telephone calls, live chat and emails;

 – Creating, tracking and completing support tickets;

 – Assisting in satisfactorily solving the problem and testing the resolution within our timelines;

 – Feeding back to the customer and team

 

Expandly Support

As a regular user of our system, we’ll be relying on you to:

 

 – Look out for development issues

 – Report issues to management and our development teams

 – Log and track the issue

 

General

You will have plenty of opportunities to get involved with other aspects of Expandly, including:

 

 – Creating and updating user guides and manuals

 – Meeting customers, at our place or their’s

 – Administrative duties – understanding what it takes to run a tech company

 – Assisting colleagues when they need help or they’re on a beach

 – Shouting loud and proud about Expandly and championing our outstanding customer service

 

What we’re looking for

We want someone who will fit in, take part and make progress. Importantly you’ll be:

 

 – Enthusiastic – willing to go the extra mile, ask questions, take the initiative and yearn to learn

 – Reliable – we’re a small team, and you’ll be making a big impact; we need you

 – Friendly – we want to love you but importantly we want our customers to love you

 – Living in or close to Milton Keynes –  we like the roundabouts

 – Passionate – about customer service, customer experience and Expandly.

 

And you’ll have the following skills:

 

 – IT – we’ll provide you with training but we need a technical mind to grow

 – GCSE English and Maths, A*-C/4-9/equivalent (or predicted)

 – An interest in eCommerce (even better if you have experience selling online)

 – People skills – you’ll be patient, with great verbal, spoken and written communication skills
