Pack it up, pack it in

Branded packaging superstar, Arka, has partnered with shipping API superstar, easypost – bringing custom packaging to your fingertips. Unboxing experiences have increased in popularity over the past year – enhancing the customer experience and gaining free #Insta coverage. This equally beautiful partnership creates an easy way for eCommerce sellers to enhance shipping for them and their customers.

Chitter chatter

Shopify has released Shopify Chat – a native live chat function that allows Shopify store owners to have real-time conversations with customers. Once installed, the Shopify chatbox will appear on all website pages – making it easy for customers to ping you questions and give you feedback. Even better, you can use the chatbox to share product recommendations, discounts and draft orders.

And, that’s not all that Shopify was busy with this August. Two big infrastructure upgrades have been automatically enabled for all online stores – reducing the time it takes for traffic to get to their servers and providing automatic support for the highly optimized WebP image format to online stores. All at no extra cost.
