We’ve been working away in the sunshine on our latest product update – and we think you’re going to be extra pleased with this one.  Welcome the “bulk upload shipment tracking details” feature (we’ll think of a snappier name soon!) – giving you the ability to quickly update all of your sales channel(s) and customers with that vital shipment tracking number. 

What’s new?

You always could add tracking numbers to your orders, using Expandly, but you had to do it one-by-one – which wasn’t ideal.

Now, you can add multiple tracking numbers at once to Expandly, which will then automatically update your sales channel(s) (and, accordingly, customers).

How does it work?

It’s really simple:

1. Select and download the relevant orders from the order management screen;

2. Add the tracking numbers; 

3. Click to upload the spreadsheet; and

4. We’ll update your sales channel(s) for you.

How do I get access?

If you’re an existing Expandly customer, you can start using the bulk tracking number uploader straight away.
