We are excited to announce that our brand new Responsible Person Module is now live on production! This feature includes several new capabilities to streamline the RP service process for you: 

Dedicated Page for RP Service: When you purchase an RP service, a new page will appear where you can manage your RP-related products. 

Product & Category Selection: Select the products that require RP and choose the appropriate category for each. 

Document Requirements: Based on the category selected, we’ll display a list of all required documents. 

Document Upload via Expandly Portal: You can upload the required documents directly through the Expandly portal. We’ve implemented robust checks to ensure the file types and names are correct, to avoid unnecessary delays and requirements for additional documentation. 

Individual Product Status & Comments Section: Each product will have its own status and comments section. The Expandly team will review the uploaded documents and update the status accordingly, which you can review via your portal. 

Archive Area: We will have a dedicated archive area, where only archived products will be displayed. We will store this data for at least 10 years, to comply with legal requirements. 

Automatic Notifications: You’ll receive automatic notifications on your Dashboard and via email. Notifications will be sent if there has been 7 days of inactivity (if documents are still pending), as well as a 90-day reminder that products will be archived. The status will be auto-updated accordingly. 

Phase 2: 

To further enhance our RP functionality, in the upcoming development sprint, we will be adding a QR code to your RP page. This QR code can be printed and affixed to your products. When scanned, it will direct the user to a public-facing webpage displaying an Expandly certificate, confirming which of your products we provide responsible persons for.
